Beech Class is home to our wonderful Year 1 children, guided by their class teacher, Mr. Aspinall, and supported by the fantastic Mrs. Barratt, our Teaching Assistant. Together, we work hard to create a warm, exciting, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and supported as they grow and learn.

We use SeeSaw as our primary platform for sharing important information, including class letters, timetables, and an overview of the curriculum. In Beech Class, we follow the primary curriculum for Key Stage 1 and use Little Wandle as our carefully chosen phonics scheme to support your child’s reading and writing development.
